2‐4 tbsp Olive oil
Bunch of beet or other greens
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
2‐4 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add greens and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, paprika, and cumin and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon juice or vinegar and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with rice or grain of your choice.
