Spigariello

Spigariello is a leaf broccoli grown mostly in Italy. The plant has a great quantity of leaves that keep producing as they are harvested. It has a flavor similar to broccoli. The stalks are also tasty and I suggest cutting them into small slices before cooking. Spigariello is incredibly versatile as it can be used just as you would use any leafy green. It can be steamed, sautéed,
added to soup, put in a smoothie, as a topping for pizza, or eaten raw as part of a salad.
