2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 fennel bulbs, cut lengthwise into 1/3 inch slices
Fennel stems, cut diagonally into 1/3 inches slices
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 c shredded parmesan
Preheat oven to 375. Put fennel slices in bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on baking sheet in single layer. Bake 45 minutes or until tender and light brown. In final 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle fennel with parmesan.
