2-3 c zucchini, shredded
1 egg
½ c cheese, shredded
1 tsp oregano and/or basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven 450. Mix all ingredients. Place on baking sheet and press into ¼” thick circle. Bake 20 minutes. Top with favorite pizza toppings.
