Cucumber Yogurt Dill Sauce

1 cucumber
2 c plain whole milk yogurt
1-2 tsp dried dill or 1-2 tbsp fresh, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp salt

Slice cucumber lengthwise and lay flat side down on cutting board. Slice thinly into half circles.
Mix yogurt, garlic, dill , and salt together. Add sliced cucumbers and stir to incorporate.
Enjoy immediately or chill for a couple of hours to let flavors develop.

This sauce tastes great with roasted veggies (especially potatoes), on dishes with beans, as a compliment to spicy foods, and with bread.
