Garlic Bok Choi
• Bok Choi, cut diagonally in 1 inch pieces
• 2 tbsps olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp vinegar – whatever kind you have on hand
1. Heat pan over medium heat, add oil and garlic and cook until garlic is getting soft.
2. Add bok choi, soy sauce, and vinegar and stir to coat.
3. Cook until stalks are getting soft and greens are wilted.
